Bio page — all your links
A separate page at mriyu.com/bio/your-username with links to Steam, Discord, Telegram and other networks, your own background, a grid effect and music.
Bio is your own "link in bio" page: your photo, name and links to other networks — Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Steam, Discord, GitHub and more. Its address is mriyu.com/bio/your-username: put it in your Instagram or TikTok bio and people will instantly see where else to find you. Anyone can open the page, even without a MRIYU account.
How to open it
- Click your avatar → My bio. On a phone — Menu → My bio.
- On your page — the Bio button to the right of Edit.
- On someone else's page — the Bio button under the message buttons: that's how you see another person's links.
How to set it up
- Open your bio and tap Edit in the top right corner.
- Background — tap Upload a photo or video. A photo up to 10 MB or a short video up to 40 MB works; the video loops without sound. You can also drag a file onto the page or paste it from the clipboard — Ctrl+V or right-click → Paste image from clipboard (while editing is open). To remove the background, use the trash button. Without a background of your own, the page uses a blurred profile photo.
- Overlay effect — choose how the grid over the background looks: Grid (slowly drifting lines), Glass (a mosaic of blurred and clear tiles), Dots (like an LED screen), Lines (like an old TV) or None. The effect changes right away.
- Other networks — tap Add link, choose a network and type your username or paste a link to your profile. Tap Save.
- Tap Done.
Your photo and name come from your profile — edit your page to change them. To share your bio address, use the Share button at the top: on a computer it copies the link.
Music
You can put any track from MRIYU music on your bio — it plays for everyone who opens the page, even without an account.
- Tap Edit → in Music tap Choose a track (or Change). The regular Music section opens — with the same tabs (Home, My music, Browse, Playlists…), search and player. Find a song and play it as usual. A bar with the playing track appears at the bottom: Set on bio from 1:23 plays from where the track is now, From the start — from the beginning. A catalog track is not added to My music. Spotify and radio tracks can't be used.
- Use the Play from slider to choose where it starts. The track loops from exactly that moment. Listen from here lets you check how it sounds.
- To change the track, tap Change; to remove it, tap the cross.
Music on bio pages is on by default at 30% volume. The slider on the right of the chip changes the volume — also for all bio pages in this browser. Visitors see a chip with the track name under the status. Tapping it turns the music on or off — for all bio pages at once in this browser. Browsers don't let sites start sound on their own, so the music starts after the first tap on the page. If MRIYU music is already playing, it pauses; when you turn it back on, the bio track goes quiet.
Photo frame
The bio editor has a Photo frame block — the same frames as in Settings → Appearance → Photo frame, each shown on your photo. Blue and yellow is for everyone; colored and animated frames come with MRIYU Premium (locked ones open Premium; a frame you got earlier for your rating stays yours).
- Without Separate frame for bio the page uses your profile frame, and choosing here changes your profile frame too.
- With it, the bio frame is its own: change it here and your profile stays as it is.
Links
For most networks a username is enough — the site builds the link itself: for GitHub, ivan-dev becomes https://github.com/ivan-dev. You can also paste a full link — it must point to the chosen network. Spotify and Other site need a full link starting with https://. Up to 20 links; remove one with the cross on the right.
| Profile link | Username only |
|---|---|
| Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, X (Twitter), Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn | Discord |
| Steam, GitHub, GitLab | Epic Games, Battle.net |
| SoundCloud, Spotify | PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch |
| Behance, Dribbble, ArtStation, Pinterest, Reddit, Patreon, other site |
Networks in the "Username only" column have no profile page at an address. Tapping such a button copies your username so people can add you as a friend in the game or app itself.
To use your own icon instead of the network logo, tap the icon to the left of a link. The Link icon window offers Emoji (the same set as in messages) or Own image: Choose a file, drag an image into the window or paste it from the clipboard (Ctrl+V). Restore the network logo removes your icon. Then tap Save.
Who can see it
Anyone with the link can see your bio page — even without an account. If in Settings → Privacy you made your page visible to site members only, your bio is visible only to signed-in people too (see Your page on the web and in search). Network icons are no longer shown on your profile — all links live on your bio.
Make sure you paste a link to your own profile.
