Orders
Ordering an item from a listing: delivery, statuses and tracking number — for buyer and seller.
Orders are deals on listings from the Market section. The buyer places an order, the seller moves it through statuses, and both can see what is happening. Buyer and seller agree on payment themselves — the site doesn't charge any money.
How to order
- Open a listing in Market and tap Order.
- Choose the quantity and delivery: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Courier or Pickup. For delivery, add the city and branch or address.
- Enter the recipient and phone number, and a note to the seller if you like.
- Tap Order — the order appears in Orders → My purchases, and the seller gets a notification.
An auction lot can be ordered only by the winner, after bidding ends, at the price of their bid.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | The order is placed and waits for the seller |
| Accepted | The seller confirmed the order |
| Shipped | The parcel is on its way — the tracking number is shown in the order |
| Completed | The buyer received the order |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled — the reason is shown in the order |
Who does what
- Seller (My sales): Accept order, Mark as shipped (with a tracking number), Cancel order. For pickup — Handed over.
- Buyer (My purchases): cancel a new order, and once the parcel arrives — I received the order.
The other side gets a notification about every status change. The Message button in an order opens the chat about that listing.
