Report — bugs and ideas
How to report a bug, suggest an idea and get a reply from the team.
Report is a direct line to the MRIYU team. Found a bug, have an idea or a suggestion — write to us and we'll reply right there.
How to write
- Open Report in the left menu (on a phone — in Menu).
- Click New request and choose the type: Bug — something is broken or doesn't work right; Idea — a new feature for the site; Suggestion — how to make it better.
- Write in short what it's about and add the details. For a bug — what happened, where, and how to reproduce it.
- Attach up to 5 photos or screenshots — it helps us understand the problem faster.
- Click Send.
The team's reply
Your request reaches the team right away. When we reply, you'll get a notification (the bell at the top), and a blue dot appears next to the request in your list.
Open the request to see the conversation. You can add more details and photos — the team will see them.
Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| New | Sent, the team hasn't picked it up yet |
| In progress | We're looking into it or already fixing it |
| Resolved | Done: the bug is fixed or the idea is implemented |
| Rejected | This won't happen — we'll explain why |
If you write in a closed request, it reopens for the team.
